Ingredients:
- 130 grams of plain biscuits
- 5 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 500 milliliters of fresh cow’s milk
150 grams of sugar - 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
PREPARATION:
Crush the biscuits, add 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder, and mix well. Take some glasses or cups, in which you will serve the dessert, and put 2 tablespoons of the mixture in each one.
- Then, in a suitable pot, add 250 milliliters of fresh cow’s milk and the cornstarch. Stir and put on the stove. Let it heat up. Then, in a separate pot, put 50 grams of sugar and put on the stove. Once it caramelizes, pour the hot milk and stir until you get a thick caramel cream. Remove and pour some of the caramel cream in each glass.
- In another pot, put the remaining sugar and fresh milk. Add the remaining cornstarch, stir, and put the remaining cocoa powder. Combine and put on the stove. Cook until the cream thickens.
- Remove and pour some of this cream in the glasses. Let the dessert set. If desired, serve with cocoa and then enjoy.
